In August 2014 Optimago Media returned to the Leadville Trail 100 MTB race for the third time. This year Norglide Bearings were looking to do something less global and more and personal and experiential, reflecting the truth of the Small Part statement in their brand promise, Making Small Parts, Making a Big Difference. In order to achieve this we identified two first time racers and followed them in the days leading up to the race as well as through the race itself all the way to the finish. To embed the brand values into the wider context of the race, both racers rode in Norglide branded jerseys and were supported by Norglide throughout their race experience.
